In the event of a late arrival, your appointment may need to be adjusted to accommodate the amount of time available. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your service.

Please advise us of any allergies or medical conditions you have prior to booking.

Complimentary Consultation

We offer a complimentary consultation prior to every salon service including product recommendations to support your new style.

Cancellation

when an appointment is booked, we reserve a room and a time especially for you. For this reason we require 24 hours notice of cancellation for confirmed appointment of 2 hours or more. A service charge will be applied for insufficient notice.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in any service price. Appreciation of your service provider’s outstanding service may be given at your discretion.
